Job Description
Position: Production worker
Work Location: Robakowo (20 km from Poznań)
Residence: Robakowo
Employment:
- Contract of mandate
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
Packing
Work on automated production lines packing finished products (for both women and men).
The employee works at a production conveyor line with finished products such as:
- sliced ham, sausages, and bacon,
- meat portions in trays,
- processed meat products after production.
Meat processing
- separating pork shoulder,
- cutting off ham,
- separating ribs,
- removing skin and fat,
- trimming unnecessary parts,
- sorting meat by category.
Work schedule:
- Day shifts of 8–12 hours.
- Shift I: 06:00–14:00/18:00
- Shift II: 10:00/14:00–22:00
- Work 5–6 days per week with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.
- Accommodation costs: PLN 650 per month, deducted from salary.
Transport:
- The company provides transport to work.
Additional information:
- Free workwear
- Free meals.
- Internal temperature: +5°C to +7°C.
- Medical examination at company expense.
Start of work:
- Within 2-3 days after arrival.
