Job Description
Position: Production Worker (W/M/NB)
Workplace: Charzyno (11 km from Kołobrzeg)
Place of residence: Kołobrzeg
Employment: Contract of mandate
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 31.40 PLN gross per hour
Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month
Responsibilities:
Work is carried out in three departments:
- Weighing department – employees weigh finished products and place packages on the production conveyor belt. This department is mainly staffed by women, while men are responsible for moving finished products.
- Packing department – packed products are delivered to employees who place them into cardboard boxes. The boxes with finished products are then transferred to the order-picking department, where they are placed on pallets.
- Roll department – employees receive ready-made herring fillets, wrap them around a cucumber, and then place the finished rolls into containers.
Work schedule:
- 2 shifts, 8–12 hours
For a 12-hour working day:
- I shift: 7:00–19:00
- II shift: 11:00–23:00
For an 8-hour working day:
- I shift: 7:00–15:00
- II shift: 15:00–23:00
- With an 8-hour working day, employees have a 25-minute paid break.
- With a 12-hour working day, employees have a 25-minute paid break plus an additional 15-minute paid break.
- Work 5–6 days per week.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Employees must provide their own bed linen and dishes!
- Accommodation cost: 650 PLN per month, deducted from the salary.
Transport:
- Free transportation to work from: Kołobrzeg, Koszalin, Świdwin, Słowieńsko, Białogard and Karlino.
Additional information:
- The temperature in the different departments ranges from +4°C to +12°C (approximately +8°C on average).
- At workplaces where the temperature is around +4°C, employees receive work clothing (trousers, a fleece sweatshirt and a hat).
- There is a possibility of receiving a bonus, depending on the department.
- Medical examination is paid for by the company.
