Job Description
Position: Production Worker (W/M/NB)
Place of work: Wieluń (70 km from Częstochowa)
Place of residence: Wieluń
Employment: Umowa zlecenie (civil contract)
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 37.50 PLN/hour gross
Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month
Requirements:
- Technical vocational or secondary technical education (if the qualifications were obtained in Ukraine, a translated document is required).
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish (reading and writing skills).
- Good knowledge of basic mathematics.
Duties:
- Operating the main production line for candle manufacturing.
- Preparing components and setting the line configuration according to the order.
- Quality control of finished products.
Work schedule:
- 8-hour shifts in a four-team shift system.
- 2 days – 1st shift: 06:00–14:00
- 2 days – 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
- 2 days – 3rd shift: 22:00–06:00
- 2 days – days off
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: 600 PLN per month, deducted from salary.
- Bed linen and dishes must be provided by the employee!
Transport:
- Free transportation from Wieluń (within a 30 km radius of the workplace).
Additional information:
- Work clothes are provided by the employer.
- Permanent employment.
Start of work:
- Within 4–5 days after arrival
