Job Description
Position: Production worker (W/M/NB)
Work Location: Poznań
Residence: Poznań
Employment:
- Contract of mandate
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
The work is carried out in three departments:
- Weighing Department – employees weigh finished products and place packages on the production conveyor belt. This position is mainly occupied by women, while men are responsible for moving finished products.
- Packing Department – packaged products are delivered to employees, who place them into cardboard boxes. The boxes with finished products are then transferred to the order-picking department, where they are placed on pallets.
- Sauce and Spice Preparation Department.
Work schedule:
- Work in a 3-shift system with the possibility of extending working hours:
- Shift I: 05:45–13:45
- Shift II: 13:45–21:45
- Shift III: 21:45–05:45
- For an 8-hour working day, employees have a 25-minute paid break.
- For a 10- or 12-hour working day, employees have a 25-minute paid break plus an additional 15-minute paid break.
- Work 5–6 days per week.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Employees must bring their own bed linen and dishes!
- Accommodation cost: PLN 650 per month, deducted from the salary.
Transport:
- Free transportation to work from the accommodation provided by the company.
- Employees living in their own accommodation can be picked up from the Kolejowa bus stop.
Additional information:
- The temperature varies depending on the department and ranges from +4°C to +12°C (approximately +8°C on average).
- At workplaces where the temperature is around +4°C, employees are provided with work clothing: trousers, a fleece jacket and a hat.
- Each employee receives a free hot meal during the working day.
- There is an opportunity to receive a bonus – the amount and conditions depend on the department.
- Medical examinations are paid for by the company.
Start of work:
- Within 3-5 days after arrival.
