Job Description
Position: Plastic Granulation Line Operator
Place of work: Wielkie Rychnowo
Place of residence: Wielkie Rychnowo (30 km from Toruń)
Employment:
- Official, based on a mandate contract.
Remuneration:
- Machine Operator without technical education + communicative Polish language skills: PLN 35.50 gross/hour.
- Machine Operator with technical education + communicative Polish language skills: PLN 46.00 gross/hour.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Requirements:
- Communicative knowledge of the Polish language.
- Experience in manufacturing positions.
- Technical secondary education is an advantage.
- Independence and responsibility.
- Commitment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
Duties:
- Operating the granulation line together with auxiliary equipment: water chiller, refrigeration unit, granulate blower, hopper scale with feeder, pump well, water treatment system for the extruder, and mixers.
- Monitoring the proper operation of machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Checking the technical condition of the equipment.
- Filling finished granulate into Big Bag sacks and preparing products for shipment.
- Packing, securing, and labeling finished granulate.
- Maintaining production documentation and the regranulation register.
- Replacing cutting knives on time and reporting any equipment failures to the supervisor.
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
- Meeting production targets.
Work schedule:
- 8-hour shifts in a 3-shift system (4 crews).
- Overtime is available.
Accommodation:
- Free of charge.
- Accommodation is within walking distance of the workplace.
- Rooms for 2–3 people (each room has a private shower).
- Employees should bring their own bed linen and kitchenware.
- Accommodation allowance: PLN 1 for every hour worked if using private accommodation.
Additional information:
- Arrival for employment formalities in Bydgoszcz.
- The company provides specialized work clothing and safety footwear.
Starting work:
- Within 2-3 days after arrival.
