Job Description

Position: Production worker (W/M/NB)

Work Location: Zduny (46 km from Gdańsk)  

Residence: Tczew

Employment:  

  • Contract of mandate.  

Remuneration:  

  • Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 per hour gross  

Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Assembling cardboard boxes and packing canned fish products.
  • Labeling and marking products.
  • Operating on an automated production line.
  • Sorting and packing finished products.
  • Placing smaller packages into larger cartons.
  • Preparing pallets for further distribution.
  • Loading products onto transport vehicles.

Work schedule:  

  • Work in a two-shift system, 8 hours per shift.  
  • First shift: 06:00 – 14:00  
  • Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00  
  • Working 5-6 days a week with paid breaks.  

Accommodation:  

  • Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.  
  • Accommodation costs: PLN 650 per month, deducted from salary. 

Additional information:   

  • Workplace temperature: +15°C to +20°C.
  • Work clothing, safety shoes, and gloves are provided by the company.
  • Medical examination is covered by the company.

Start of work:  

  • Within 4-5 days after arrival.
