Production worker – Kutno K2

Job Description

Position: Production worker  

Place of work: Kutno (70 km from Łódź) 

Place of residence: Kutno  

Remuneration:   

• Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 per hour gross  

Payout: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month. 

Responsibilities:  

• Packing: work on a production conveyor line. Finished products such as schnitzels, fillets, grilled products, and other meat products are delivered on the conveyor. The employee takes products from the conveyor and prepares them for packing. Products are placed into individual packages according to requirements – each package must contain the correct quantity of products.
• Packing products into boxes: distributing already packed products into boxes for further transportation.
• Box labeling.
• No slaughter involved: all processes are related only to packing and portioning of meat products.

Work schedule:  

• Work 8–12 hours per shift.

If working 8-hour shifts:

• First shift: 06:00–14:00
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00
• Third shift: 22:00–06:00

If working 12-hour shifts:

• First shift: 06:00–18:00
• Second shift: 18:00–06:00

Work 5–6 days a week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation:  

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.  
• Accommodation costs: PLN 650 per month, deducted from salary. 
• Own-accommodation allowance: PLN 1 for each hour worked. 

Transport:  

• Free transport to work.  

Employment:  

• Official, under a contract of mandate. 

Additional information:     

• Temperature within the facility: +5°C to +8°C. 
• Free meals are provided.   
• Workwear, boots and gloves are provided at company expense. 
• Medical examination at company expense.  

Start of work:  

• Within 4-5 days after arrival.
