Job Description
Position: Production worker
Work Location: Zduny (46 km from Gdańsk)
Residence: Tczew/Swarozyn
Employment:
- Contract of mandate.
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 28,10 per hour gross
- Additionally, bonuses are provided.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of raw materials for the preparation of express dishes
- preparation of preserves (rolling stuffed cabbage, shaping meatballs, etc.).
- packaging of finished products in containers, jars
- stacking cans on an automated line
- controlling the movement of jars prior to sterilisation
- assistance in cleaning the workplace
- transporting semi-finished products around the plant
Work schedule:
- Work in a two-shift system, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Working 5-6 days a week with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.
- Accommodation costs: PLN 450 per month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
- Site temperature: +1°C to +20°C. (depending on the plant)

- Workwear, boots and gloves are provided at company expense.
- Medical examination at company expense.
Start of work:
- Within 4-5 days after arrival.
