Job Description
Position: Production worker
Work Location: Robakowo (20 km from Poznań)
Residence: Robakowo
Employment:
- Contract of mandate
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 28,10 gross/hour.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Meat processing (pork) – veining and deboning.
- Processing meat into finished products.
- Packaging: working on automated packaging lines for finished products (for men and women).
- Cutting: working on raw product lines (for women and men).
Additional processes for men:
- loading goods onto pallets
- unloading and handling pallets
- automated line control
Work schedule:
- Working in two shifts, 12 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 18:00.
- Second shift: 18:00 – 06:00.
- Working 5 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.
- Accommodation costs: PLN 400 per month, deducted from salary.
Transport:
- The company provides transport to work.
Additional information:
- Free workwear
- Internal temperature: +5°C to +7°C.
- Medical examination at company expense.
Start of work:
- Within 2-3 days after arrival.
