Job Description
Position: Warehouse worker (W/M/NB)
Work location: Krzyżowice (21 km from Wrocław)
Accommodation location: Biskupice Podgórne
Employment: Umowa zlecenie
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 33.50 zł gross/hour

Bonus for 100% attendance: +PLN 2 gross per hour
Payments: regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders using a scanner.
- Locating and collecting products according to customer orders.
- Scanning and checking goods.
- Packing completed orders.
- Placing goods in the warehouse.
- Receiving, sorting, and moving goods.
- Preparing orders for dispatch.
⚠️ The job is physically demanding and involves spending most of the shift on your feet. Applicants must be prepared to walk around the warehouse, move frequently, and lift goods. The weight of the goods varies depending on the product, approximately from 5 to 30 kg.
Work schedule:
- Shift work:
- First shift: 06:00–18:00
- Middle Shift: 12:00/14:00–00:00/02:00 (mainly in the OUT area)
- Second shift: 18:00–06:00
- The IB department operates Monday to Friday, while the PP department operates throughout the week.
- 10-hour shifts may be possible depending on operational needs.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost: PLN 500 per month, deducted from salary.
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Employees must provide their own bed linen and dishes.
- Subsidy for renting your own accommodation: PLN 1 for every hour worked.
Transport:
- Free transportation to work provided by the company.
Additional information:
- Work clothes and footwear are provided by the employer.
- Indoor temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- There is a canteen on the warehouse premises.
- ⚠️ The following items are prohibited on the premises: mobile phones, food, bracelets, earrings (except piercings that cannot be removed), and turbans.
- Only wedding rings and prescription glasses are permitted.
- Every employee must have a water bottle (bidon) approved by the facility. Only two specific models are permitted.
- Additional amenities and activities: fruit days; events and activities during periods of increased workload; a relaxation area; a pool table; a table tennis table; a gaming console; sports tournaments; and other activities for employees.
