Tarnowo Podgórne (15 km from Poznań) | 31.40 PLN gross/hour | Extra bonus of up to 1,000 PLN net | Free transport

From November to January, you can receive an additional bonus of up to 1,000 PLN net per month if you work at least 200 hours per month. If you work 200 hours and receive the full bonus, this is equivalent to an extra 5 PLN net for every hour worked!
We are looking for warehouse workers for a clothing warehouse in Tarnowo Podgórne, near Poznań.
We offer an attractive bonus system, the opportunity to work up to 240 hours per month from November to January, paid breaks and free transport to work.
What do we offer?
- 31.40 PLN gross per hour worked
- An additional bonus of up to 1,000 PLN net per month for working at least 200 hours between November 2026 and January 2027
- The opportunity to work up to 240 hours per month from November to January
- Employment under a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenia)
- Work 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours per day
- Paid breaks during working hours
- Free transport to the warehouse
- Accommodation available in Poznań or Baranowo
- Comfortable working conditions — the warehouse temperature is maintained at approximately 20–22°C

- Salaries paid on time, between the 15th and 20th of each month
What does the job involve?
Your daily responsibilities will depend on your assigned position and may include:
- Receiving goods — checking the quality of incoming clothing and scanning barcodes.
- Order picking — collecting products according to customer orders using a handheld terminal.
- Packing products — preparing online orders for dispatch.
- Stock placement — placing clothing in designated warehouse locations.
- Goods receiving and dispatch — handling deliveries, preparing goods for shipment and loading them.
The work takes place in a clothing warehouse and involves processing orders and preparing products for further distribution.

An additional bonus of up to 1,000 PLN net per month!
A special bonus programme will be available from November 2026 to January 2027.
Work at least 200 hours per month and get the opportunity to earn an additional 1,000 PLN net!
If you work 200 hours and receive the full bonus, it is equivalent to an extra 5 PLN net for every hour worked, on top of your regular hourly rate.
What is the work schedule?
Working days: 5–6 days per week.
Shifts: Three shifts, lasting either 8 or 12 hours:
- Shift I: 07:00–15:00 or 07:00–19:00
- Shift II: 11:00–19:00 or 11:00–23:00
- Shift III: 19:00–03:00 or 19:00–07:00
Breaks: Paid.
More working hours mean more earning opportunities!
From November to January, you can work up to 240 hours per month.
Longer shifts give you the opportunity to increase your monthly earnings. Once you have worked at least 200 hours, you can also qualify for the special seasonal bonus.
