Job position: Warehouse worker (W/M/NB)

Work place: Sochaczew (65 km from Warsaw)

Place of residence: Sochaczew

Employment: Mandatory contract 

Remuneration: 

• Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour. 

Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month. 

Responsibilities:  

1. Receiving goods – working with cartons and containers

• Cartons with goods are located at the workstation.
• The employee opens the carton, takes the product and scans it using a scanner.
• After scanning, the scanner indicates the number of the container where the product should be placed.
• The employee transfers the product from the carton to the appropriate container.

2. Order picking – picking

• Collecting goods from shelves according to the order.
• The work is carried out using a scanner that indicates the location of the required product.
• The employee takes the product from the shelf and places it on a manual trolley.

3. Order packing – envelopes and labels

• The employee scans the product, mainly books.
• Places the product in the appropriate envelope.
• Applies the address label.
• Places the finished parcel on the conveyor belt.

4. Line operation – placing goods on the conveyor belt

• The employee takes the product from a pallet located near the workstation.
• Scans the product.
• Places the product on the conveyor belt.

5. Packing and sorting goods

• The employee takes the goods from the conveyor belt.
• Scans the product.
• After scanning, an indicator lights up above the appropriate container.
• The employee places the product in the container indicated by the system.
• Depending on the process, the goods may also be packed in film or cardboard boxes.
• The work is performed using a scanner.

6. Shipping goods – palletizing

• The employee places cartons with finished goods on pallets.
• Pallets are wrapped with stretch film.
• The work includes moving containers and cartons.
• The weight of a container with books is up to 20 kg

Work schedule:  

• Work in 3 shifts, 8 hours per shift.
• 1st shift: 06:00–14:00
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
• 3rd shift: 22:00–06:00
• Work 5–6 days a week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation: 

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities 
• Accommodation cost: PLN 500 per month, deducted from remuneration. 

Transport:  

• Free company bus to work. 

Additional information:  

• Work clothes, special safety footwear and a vest are provided by the company.
• Temperature in the warehouse: +19°C to +22°C.
• There is a canteen on the premises equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and vending machines with snacks and drinks.
• Each employee has their own lockable locker in the changing room.
• Phones, headphones and jewelry must be left in the locker.

Start of work: 

• Within 1-2 days after arrival.
