Job Description

Position: Warehouse worker (W/M/NB)

Place of work: Komorniki near Poznań

Place of residence: Poznań

Employment: Official, based on a mandate contract.

Remuneration:

  • Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 brutto/hour.
  • Additionally, bonuses are provided.

Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Duties:

  • Receiving goods, inspecting them for defects, and scanning barcodes.
    Packing online orders.
    Picking and putting away clothing using a handheld scanner (terminal).
    Receiving/Shipping – receiving or loading goods.

Work schedule:

  • Work is performed in a two-shift system, with shifts lasting 8–10–12 hours (no later than 10:00 PM).
  • First shift: 06:00–14:00.
  • Second shift: 14:00–22:00.
  • Work is available 5–7 days a week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation:

  • Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
  • Accommodation cost: PLN 650 per month, deducted from remuneration.
  • Allowance for renting your own apartment: PLN 1.5 for each hour worked.

Transport:

  • Free company bus to the workplace.

Additional information:

  • Own work clothes required.
  • Temperature in the facility: +20°C to +22°C.
  • A canteen and vending machines with free drinks are on site.

Starting work:
Within 1-2 days after arrival.
