Job Description
Position: Warehouse Worker (M/F/N)
Place of work: Nowy Kisielin
Place of residence: Zielona Góra
Employment: Contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie)
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour
Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Requirements:
- Manual skills
- Accuracy and speed
- Responsibility and reliability
- Basic computer and scanner skills
- Ability to distinguish colors and smells
- Basic knowledge of Polish
Responsibilities:
- Completeness check:
Products are sorted by type (clothing, footwear, etc.) and degree of damage. This may include classification according to the level of wear, presence of defects or missing elements.
Buttons, zippers, Velcro fasteners and other elements necessary for the proper functionality of the product are checked.
- Checking for defects and contamination:
Products are inspected for stains, stitching defects, tears in the fabric and other defects that may affect the quality and appearance of the product.
- Documenting the results:
Inspection results are properly documented to provide complete information about the condition of each product.
Depending on the inspection results, products may be prepared for resale, sent for repair or removed from the warehouse as unsuitable for sale.
Work schedule:
- Work in two shifts, 8–12 hours per shift.
- 1st shift: 06:00–18:00
- 2nd shift: 18:00–06:00
- Work 5 days a week, with a paid break.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: PLN 650 per month, deducted from the salary.
Transport:
- Transportation to work: PLN 90 per month, deducted from the salary (public transport pass).
Additional information:
- Work clothes and footwear are provided by the workplace.
- Temperature in the facility: +20°C to +22°C.
- There is a canteen and vending machines with free drinks on the premises.
- Free lunch twice a week and fruit.
Start of work:
- Within 2–3 days after arrival.
