Job Description
Position: Warehouse worker
Place of work: Ameryka (25 km away from Olsztyn)
Employment: EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 4,300 (gross)/month.
- 15% bonus on the rate for effectiveness of work.
- Additional +PLN 100 (gross) for weekend work.
Payments: Regularly on the 10th day of each month.
Responsibilities:
The foreman assigns specific tasks to workers every day.
- Receive: receiving goods, labelling, scanning barcodes
- PICK: laying out/collecting garments using a terminal
- PACK: packing orders
- Chute: scanning barcodes and sorting goods into cartons
Work schedule:
- Work in a two-shift system, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
- Second shift: 2:15 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Working 5 days a week, with paid breaks.
Transport:
- Free transport to work from Olsztyn, Dąbrówno, Pacółtowo, Marwałd, Ostróda, Olsztynek, Rybno, Nidzica and Barczewo.
Additional information:
- Workwear is provided by the workplace (personal clothing, jewellery, accessories and telephones are strictly prohibited)
- Site temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- Each employee receives a gift card: PLN 100 per month.
- Tea/coffee for free.
- A meal for PLN 1.
- Free fruit 2 times a week
Start of work:
Within 5–7 days after arrival.
