Job Description
Position: Warehouse Worker
Location: Brześć Kujawski (13 km from Włocławek)
Residence: Włocławek
Employment: Contract of mandate
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 31.40 PLN gross/hour.
- Additional bonuses are available.
Salary for UDT operators:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 34.60 gross per hour.
Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Reception: quality control and preparation for further distribution. Checking items for clips, coding clips.
- Induction: scanning goods from the container and placing them on the sorting line.
- Pushing: placing goods falling from the sorting line into a carton and pushing it onto the line after it is filled.
- Picking: scanning a carton from one pallet and moving it to another pallet to complete the picking process.
- Shipping: loading goods.
Electric pallet truck operator (walkie pallet truck):
- The job involves transporting pallets from one location to another.
- The employee scans the pallet using a handheld terminal, and the system indicates where it should be delivered.
- Previous experience is not required, but the candidate should be comfortable working with equipment and understand the nature of the job.
- A license to operate this type of truck is required. The company arranges the license, but if the employee does not work for at least 3 months, PLN 300 will be deducted from their salary to cover the cost of issuing it.
- If the candidate already has a Polish forklift license, no additional certification is required.
Forklift operator (UDT):
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Transporting and placing goods within the warehouse.
Work Schedule:
- Work in three shifts, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
- Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
- Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- The first 3 months – FREE OF CHARGE!
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- After 3 months, accommodation costs PLN 600 per month, deducted from the salary.
- Employees must bring their own bed linen and kitchenware.
- Accommodation allowance: PLN 1.00 for each hour worked if you rent your own accommodation.
Transport:
- Free company bus to the workplace.
Additional Information:
- Own work clothes required.
- Facility temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- Canteen and vending machines with free drinks available on site.
Start of Work:
- Within 1-2 days after arrival.
