Job Description
Position: Production Worker
Workplace: Skoczów (75 km from Katowice)
Place of residence: Skoczów
Employment: Employment contract
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 28.57 zł gross/hour.
- For attendance and performance +15% of the total amount
- Work on holidays and weekends +100% of the total
Payments: Regularly, on the 10th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Standing work with wood.
- Arranging small wooden elements, boards, or cabinet fronts on the production line.
- Arranging elements on pallets, placing them in the loading part of machines.
- Checking the quality of boards.
- Placing boards in appropriate locations.
Work schedule:
- Work in three shifts, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.
- Second shift: 02:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Third shift: 10:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m.
- Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: 300 PLN per month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
- Work clothes are provided by the facility.
- Temperature in the facility: from +20°C to +22°C.
- There is a canteen and drink vending machines on the premises.
Start of work: Within 2-3 days after arrival.
