Job Description

Position: Warehouse Worker

Place of work: Łódź
Place of residence: Głowno (20 km from Łódź)

Type of employment: Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

Salary:

• Guaranteed rate: 33.00 PLN gross/hour
• UDT WJO2 rate: 36.00 PLN gross/hour

Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month

Job responsibilities:

• Order picking (kitchen furniture in parts packed in boxes and household appliances — small and large).
• Picking orders using a scanner and PESEK carts (language selectable).
  Each employee undergoes forklift training. After completion, receives authorization for electric pallet trucks (non-UDT), valid even after termination.
  Training cost: 250 PLN (deducted from the first salary).
• Orders are placed on pallets and transported to the control area.
• Checking completed orders: condition control, scanning, verification, and wrapping with foil.

UDT responsibilities:

• Operating a reach truck (high storage warehouse).
• Transporting goods within the warehouse.
• Placing pallets on racks.
• Picking goods from height.

Work schedule:

• 8–12 hours per day, Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday).
• 1st shift: 06:00–14:00
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
• 2 breaks (20 min and 5 min)
• 5–6 working days per week, paid breaks.

Accommodation:

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Cost: 600 PLN per month (deducted from salary).

Transport:

• Free transportation.

Additional information:

• Full set of work clothes (safety shoes, trousers, T-shirt, sweatshirt, gloves, helmet).
• Temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
• Canteen and snack machines available on site.

Start of work:

• Within 2–4 days after arrival.
