Job Description

Position: Warehouse Worker
Location: Bydgoszcz
Residence: Bydgoszcz
Employment: Contract of mandate
Salary: 

• Guaranteed rate: 30.50 zł gross per hour
• Salary for UDT operators: 34.25 zł gross per hour

Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month. 

Responsibilities: 

Receiving goods:

• Receiving cargo from the supplier or transport vehicle
• Assessing the condition of the cargo: checking packaging integrity and compliance with documents
• Unloading goods: using a manual pallet truck (rokhla) to unload goods from a trailer or container
• Sorting cargo: initial distribution of goods by category, storage location, or further transportation
• Loading goods: placing goods onto a trailer or into a container, preparing for shipment

Forklift Operators:

• Unloading goods: using a forklift or other equipment to remove goods from a platform or container
• Placing goods: carefully stacking products on shelves or in designated areas according to warehouse logistics
• Moving goods: transporting cargo to the designated warehouse zone (e.g., storage, shipping, or processing area)
• Loading goods: preparing and placing cargo onto a transport vehicle in accordance with weight distribution and safety rules
• Maneuvering within the warehouse: following safety regulations and optimal movement routes

Work Schedule: 

• Work in two shifts, 10-12 hours per shift
• First shift: 06:00 – 18:00
• Second shift: 18:00 – 06:00
• Work 5-6 days per week, with paid breaks

Accommodation: 

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities. 
• Accommodation cost: 550 PLN per month, deducted from salary. 
• Allowance for renting own accommodation: 1 zł for each worked hour

Transport: 

• Free transport to work

Additional Information: 

• Own work clothes required. 

• Facility temperature: +20°C to +22°C. 

• Canteen and vending machines with drinks available on site. 

Start of Work:
Within 1-2 days after arrival.
