Job Description
Project Coordinator – Warehouse Operations
📍 Location: Brașov – Industrial Park
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, 2 shifts
📅 Project Start Date: August 3
If you are an organized, responsible person with strong communication skills, we invite you to join the Bisar Logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate warehouse operations and actively contribute to the development of our regional activities, ensuring effective collaboration between the client and the on-site team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of Asian employees working in the warehouse;
- Monitor team productivity and track key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Maintain effective communication between the client and employees;
- Prepare, update, and manage operational documentation;
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and identify situations requiring intervention;
- Provide day-to-day support to the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory. We value professionalism, commitment, and a willingness to grow professionally;
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment;
- English proficiency is required;
- Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
