BISAR Logistics, part of the BISAR Group, is looking for a Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to support the growth of our client portfolio and strengthen the company’s position in the logistics, recruitment, and workforce leasing industries.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities;
  • Conducting market research and acquiring new clients;
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers;
  • Preparing and presenting commercial offers and proposals;
  • Negotiating and closing contracts;
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying relevant business opportunities;
  • Participating in business meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities;
  • Achieving agreed sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales (experience in logistics, recruitment, or workforce solutions is considered a strong advantage);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Strong focus on results and long-term relationship building;
  • English language proficiency at conversational to advanced level;
  • Valid Category B driving license;
  • Willingness to travel as required.
