Job Description

Position: Warehouse Worker
Workplace: Słubice (80 km from Gorzów Wielkopolski)
Place of Residence: Słubice 

Employment: 

  • Mandate contract

Salary: 

  • Guaranteed rate: 30,50 PLN gross per hour

Payments: Regularly, from the 15th to the 20th of each month. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Order picking with a scanner (pick & pack system)
  • Packing products into small baskets (on average 5–6 items per order)
  • Quality control and product labeling
  • Preparing parcels for shipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace

Work Schedule: 

  • Standard working hours: 06:00–18:00
    (it is possible to work shorter shifts)
  • During peak periods (pick time), two shifts are introduced:
    06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00
  • Work from Monday to Sunday.
  • A day off can be taken at any time after prior agreement with the team leader and submitting a leave request.

Accommodation: 

  • Comfortable houses with full equipment and all amenities.
  • Accommodation cost: 480 PLN per month, deducted from salary.

Transport: 

  • Free transport to work.

Additional Information: 

  • The company provides free work clothing.
  • Indoor temperature: from +20°C to +22°C.
  • On-site dining area available. 

Start of Work: 

  • Within 3-5 days after arrival.
