Job Description
Vacancy: Production operator
Place of work: Wałbrzych (60 km from Wrocław)
Place of residence:Wałbrzych
Employment:
- On the basis of an employment contract.
Remuneration:
- Rate of PLN 4,300 gross + bonuses.
- For attendance and work efficiency +15% of the basic rate.
- Extra hours paid 50% more, night shifts +20% for each hour, working on holidays and weekends +100%.
Payments: Regular, on the 10th of each month.
Responsibilities:
Simple work in the production of car seats:
- Mounting the backrests and cushions to the car seat frame.
- Maintenance of welding tables.
- Seat upholstery.
- Checking the quality of the manufactured products.
Work schedule:
- Work in a three shifts system:
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
- Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
- Working 5 days a week, with paid breaks.
- 3 working Saturdays per month + a large number of extra hours.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable homes equipped with all the necessary amenities.
- Accommodation costs: PLN 450 per month, deducted from salary.
- Allowance for renting your own apartment.
Transport:
- Free transport to work

- Site temperature: +20°C to +22°C
- A canteen is available on site
- Breakfast and lunch are available for a small fee
Starting work:
- Within 3-5 days after arrival.
