Job Description
Vacancy: Production operator
Place of work: Tychy (20 km from Katowice)
Place of residence: Tychy
Employment: Employment contract
Remuneration:
- Rate of PLN 4,500 gross + bonuses.
- For attendance and work efficiency + PLN 300 gross bonus.
- Extra hours paid 50% more, night shifts +20% for each hour, working on holidays and weekends +100%.
Payments: Regular, on the 10th of each month.
Duties:
- Checking the parameters of the production machine,
- Checking the quality of the manufactured product,
- Assembly of components,
- Cutting parts;
- Suspension/removal of elements;
Work schedule:
- Working a three-shift system, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
- Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Accommodation:
- Comfortable homes equipped with all the necessary amenities.
- Cost of accommodation: PLN 300 per month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
- Clothing to be issued by the employer
- Site temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- There is a canteen and vending machines with free drinks on the premises of the plant.
- Employees receive a vouchers for the purchase of meals (PLN 150).
Start of work:
Within 3-5 days after arrival.
