Job Description
Position: Warehouse Worker (W/M/NB)
Location: Zakroczym (50 km from Warsaw)
Place of Residence: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki / Zakroczym
Employment: Contract of mandate
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 31.40 PLN gross/hour.
- Additionally, bonuses are provided.
Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse work includes various processes, therefore the level of physical workload may vary depending on the assigned area:
- Picking goods and collecting orders according to transport documents.
- Working with a scanner, arranging goods.
- Packing and sorting goods.
- Placing goods in the warehouse.
The product range is diverse: car filters, nuts, brake discs, and other automotive parts.
Some processes require a lot of walking around the warehouse and moving goods. In other processes, the employee works at one station, performing product sorting tasks. In all cases, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work at a fast pace are important, especially during the adaptation period.
Work Schedule:
- 10 hours – from 10:00 to 20:00.
- 12 hours – from 08:00 to 20:00 or from 10:00 to 22:00.
- On Saturdays, work is from 06:00 to 14:00 or until 16:00.
- Work on Sundays is rare.
- Increasing the number of working hours depends on the workload.
- Training: 40 training hours, paid.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: 800 PLN per month, deducted from the salary.
Transport:
- Free transport to work.
Additional Information:
- Work clothes are provided by the employer.
- Temperature in the facility: +20°C to +22°C.
- A canteen is available on the premises.
Start of Work:
- Within 3-5 days after arrival.
