Job Description
Position: Warehouse worker
Place of work: Nowy Kisielin
Place of residence: Nowa Sól
Employment:
- Umowa zlecenie
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 28,20 brutto/hour.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Duties:
Every day, the foreman assigns specific tasks to employees.
- Receipt/shipment: Responsibility for receiving and loading goods – a position mainly for men.
- R-Sort: Goods receipt, quality control, barcode scanning.
- Pack: Packing online orders.
- Pick: Assembling clothes using the terminal.
- Other tasks:Labeling products, sorting and other warehouse activities.
Work schedule:
- Work in two shifts, 12 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.
- Second shift: 06:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m.
- Work 6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: PLN 500 per month, deducted from salary.
- Possibility to accommodate couples and families with children.
Transport:
- Free company bus to the workplace.
- If you have your own apartment, the company covers travel costs.
Additional information:
- The employee provides his own work clothes.
- The facility maintains a constant temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- A canteen and vending machines with free drinks are on site.
- Snacks available for PLN 1.
Starting work:
- Within 2-3 days after arrival.
