Job Description
Position: Municipal Waste Sorting Worker
Workplace: Gdańsk
Place of Residence: Gdańsk
Employment: Mandate contract
Salary:
• Guaranteed rate: 28.10 PLN gross per hour.
Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
• First section: Selection of specific types of waste (fabrics, stones, metal products) from the mixed waste line.
• Second section: Sorting plastic bottles by color.
• Third section: Sorting films of various colors and cardboard.
• Fourth section: Sorting metal waste and other materials.
Work schedule:
• Work in two shifts of 8 or 12 hours:
• First shift: 06:00 – 18:00
• Second shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Accommodation:
• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• If the employee works less than 168 hours, 400 PLN is deducted.
• If the employee works more than 168 hours, 300 PLN is deducted.
• Allowance for own accommodation: 2.80 PLN gross per hour.
Transport:
• Local transport or walking (20 minutes).
Additional information:
• Free bottled water.
• Two sets of work clothes and gloves are provided for free.
• Free coffee and tea.
• Medical examinations at the company’s expense.
• Two changing rooms for clean and work clothes, with shower facilities available after shifts.
• On-site vending machines with coffee and snacks.
Start of work:
Within 2-3 days after arrival.
