Job Description
Position: Production Worker
Place of work: Sokołów Podlaski (100 km from Warsaw)
Place of residence: Sokołów Podlaski
Employment:
- Official, based on a mandate contract.
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 27,70 brutto/hour.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Meat processing (pork) – trimming and cleaning from tendons.
- Processing meat into finished products.
- Packing: work at automated packaging lines of finished products (for women and men).
- Disassembly: work at lines with raw products (for women and men).
Additional processes for men:
- loading goods onto pallets
- unloading pallets and moving them
- automated line control
Work schedule:
- Work in two shifts, 12 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 18:00.
- Second shift: 18:00 – 06:00.
- Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: 450 zł per month, deducted from salary.
Transport:
Company-provided transportation to work, deducted 50 zł from salary.
Additional information:
- Two free meals provided daily.
- Free workwear.
- Room temperature: +5°C to +7°C.
Starting work:
- Within 3-5 days after arrival.
