Job Description
Position: Warehouse Worker
Place of work: Mszczonów (47 km from Warsaw)
Place of residence: Mszczonów
Employment: Contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie)
Salary:
- First two weeks – hourly rate, then piecework (akord).
Candidates work in groups of 3–4 people, and the rate is calculated based on group results. - Guaranteed rate: 30.50 PLN gross/hour.
Payments: regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Labeling goods: attaching labels to products and packing them into boxes.
Men unload packages from pallets, place them on tables, open them, and then women apply excise stamps. - Automatic labeling: working on the production line – loading goods into the machine (e.g., bottles for excise stamps), collecting finished products, packing them into boxes, and stacking on pallets.
- Order picking: preparing orders according to the list (e.g., 10 packs of jelly candies, 2 packs of Mentos, 4 packs of Chupa Chups, RedBull or juices). Completed pallets are wrapped with stretch foil.
Work schedule:
- 8–10 hours per shift.
- 1st shift: 06:00–14:00.
- 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00.
- Work 5–6 days a week.
- Breaks every 2 hours.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses with all necessary amenities.
- Cost: 580 PLN/month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
- Warehouse temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- Own work clothes and safety shoes required.
- Canteen and vending machines available on site.
Start of Work:
- Within 1-2 days after arrival.
