Job Description
Position: Warehouse worker
Place of work: Gardno (30 km away from Szczecin)
Place of residence: Gryfino
Employment: EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 27,76 (gross)/hour.
- 15% bonus on the rate for effectiveness of work.
- Night shifts + PLN 25 (gross) per day.
- + PLN 100 (gross) for work on a day off.
Payments: Regularly on the 10th day of each month.
Responsibilities:
The foreman assigns specific tasks to workers every day.
- Unloading: workers unloading pallets of goods on electric forklift trucks
- RCV: receiving goods, labelling, scanning barcodes
- STOW/PICK: laying out/collecting garments using a terminal
- PACK: packing orders
- Shipping:: sorting parcels by country and transporting them in lines for loading to a container; once fully loaded, the container is sent to the customer for delivery.
Work schedule:
- Work in a two-shift system, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Third shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- Working 5–6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.
- Accommodation cost: PLN 500 per month, deducted from remuneration.
Transport:
- Free transport to work.
Additional information:
- Workwear is provided by the workplace.
- Site temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- A canteen and vending machines with free drinks are available on the premises.
- Employees receive a meal card (PLN 223).
Start of work:
Within 5–7 days after arrival.
