Job Description
Position: Warehouse worker
Work Location: Żerniki near Poznań
Residence: Poznan
Employment:
- Contract of mandate
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 28.10 gross/hour.
- Additionally, bonuses are provided.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
The foreman assigns specific tasks to workers every day.
- Receiving/dispatching: responsibility for receiving and loading goods – position mainly for men.
- R-Sort: goods receipt, quality control, barcode scanning.
- Pack: packaging of online orders.
- Pick: picking garments using a terminal, arranging garments.
Work schedule:
- Working in two shifts, 8-10 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 16:00.
- Second shift: 16:00 – 04:00.
- Working 5 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.
- Accommodation costs: PLN 450 per month, deducted from salary.
- Rent allowance for own accommodation: PLN 1.5 for each man-hour worked.
Transport:
- Free commuting from Poznań
Additional information:
- Clothing is provided by the employer.
- Site temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- A canteen and vending machines with free drinks are available on the premises.
Start of work:
- Within 2-3 days after arrival.
