Job Description
Position: Seamstress (W/M/NB)
Workplace: Orneta (112 km from Gdańsk)
Residence: Orneta (112 km from Gdańsk)
Employment: Umowa zlecenie (Contract of mandate)
Salary:
- Guaranteed rate: 32 zł gross/hour
Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Requirements:
- Experience in production work or manual work is an advantage.
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Sewing military uniforms and military clothing.
- Sewing accessories and vests.
- Operating single-needle and double-needle sewing machines.
- Operating overlock machines and other industrial sewing machines.
- Performing sewing operations according to the type of product.
✅ Important: There are no productivity targets — employees are not required to sew a specific number of products per shift.
Work schedule:
- One shift, 8 hours per day.
- Working hours: 06:00–14:00.
- Overtime is available every day until 18:00.
- Break: 20 minutes.
- Work 5 days a week (Saturdays are optional).
- Approximately 180–200 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost: PLN 600 per month, deducted from salary.
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
Transport:
- Free transportation to work.
Additional information:
- Employees must provide their own work clothes and footwear.
- There is a canteen on the premises.
- Free coffee, tea, and milk.
Start of work:
- Within 1-2 days after arrival.
