Job Description
Position: Production Worker
Workplace: Tarnow (80 km from Rzeszów)
Place of residence: Tarnow
Employment: Contract of mandate
Compensation:
- Guaranteed rate: 28.10 PLN gross/hour.
Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Duties:
- Packaging frozen cutlets and beef tartare.
- Packaging burgers and frying burger patties.
- The work does not require cutting meat or using a knife.
- Additionally, if work in one hall decreases, people are transferred to help in another hall – usual assistance:
- moving boxes,
- carrying boxes,
- transporting boxes on a trolley (without additional training or involvement in processes).
Work schedule:
- Work in a four-shift system (depending on the hall), 8 hours per shift.
Frozen cutlets and beef tartare packaging department:
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
- Second shift: 15:00 – 23:00.
Burger packaging and frying department:
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
- Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Accommodation cost: 300 PLN per month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
- Work clothes are provided by the company (trousers are not provided, you must have your own).
- Free lunches at work.
- Temperature in the facility:
- Frozen cutlets and beef tartare packaging area: 0-2°C
- Burger packaging and frying area: 4-6°C.
- Medical examinations at the company’s expense.
- Smoking is prohibited from the moment of entering the premises until leaving (i.e., you can smoke only before and after work).
Start of work: · Within 5-7 days after arrival.
