Job Description
Position: Production worker
Work Location: Kwidzyn (100 km from Gdansk)
Residence: Kwidzyn
Employment:
- Contract of mandate.
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 28.10 per hour gross
- Additionally, bonuses are provided.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of raw materials for canning (automatic cleaning of maize/peas)
- quality control of the cleaned products on the line
- packing and sorting vegetables
- packaging and labelling of finished products
Additional processes for men:
- loading goods onto pallets
- unloading pallets and moving them around the warehouse
- control of the automated line and machine operation
Work schedule:
- Working a three-shift system, 8 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Third shift: 22:00. – 6:00
- Work for 7 days with paid breaks
- 2 days off
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary facilities.
- Accommodation costs: PLN 450 per month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
- Site temperature: +1°C to +20°C. (depending on the plant)
- Free meals are provided.
- Workwear, boots and gloves are provided at company expense.
- Medical examination at company expense.
Start of work:
- Within 4-5 days after arrival.
