Job Description

Position: Production Worker 

Workplace: Kawle (60 km from Gdańsk) 

Place of residence: Gowidlino (near Kawle) 

Salary: 

  • Guaranteed rate: 28.50 PLN/hour gross
  • For those who have completed training and worked a full month: 30.00 PLN/hour gross
  • Additionally, bonuses are provided.

Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month. 

Work schedule: 

  • Work in a two-shift system, 8-12 hours per shift.
  • Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation: 

  • Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
  • Accommodation cost: 450 PLN per month, deducted from salary.

Employment: 

  • Official, based on a mandate contract.

Additional information: 

  • Temperature in the facility: +5°C to +8°C.
  • Free meals are provided.
  • Work clothes, shoes, and gloves are provided at the company’s expense.
  • Medical examination at the company’s expense.

Start of work: 

  • Within 4-5 days after arrival.

Responsibilities: 

  • Preparing the product for sale (cutting off cartilage and fat).
  • Packing processed products into boxes, transportation, and storage.
  • No slaughtering and gutting, only ready-made products.
  • There is also a workshop for ready-made wings/chips, Kiev cutlets, breaded tenderloins, weighing and packing.
