Job Description

Position: Warehouse Worker

Place of work: Stryków
Place of residence: Głowno (20 km from Łódź)

Type of employment: Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

Salary:

  • Guaranteed rate: 33.00 PLN gross/hour
  • UDT WJO2 rate: 36.00 PLN gross/hour

Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month

Job responsibilities:

  • Order picking using a System Voice headset (language can be selected) or a scanner
  • Operating an electric pallet truck (PESEK)
  • To make the work easier and more efficient, each employee undergoes pallet truck operation training. After completing the training, the employee receives authorization to operate electric pallet trucks (non-UDT) and keeps it even after termination of the contract.
  • Training cost: 250 PLN (deducted from the first salary).
  • Employees with experience and a category B driving license do not need to attend the training.

UDT responsibilities:

  • Operating a side loader (high-bay warehouse). Only for candidates with experience.

Work schedule:

  • Shifts of 8–10–12 hours.

8-hour shifts:

  • 1st shift: 06:00–14:00
  • 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
  • 3rd shift: 22:00–06:00

12-hour shifts:

  • 1st shift: 06:00–18:00
  • 2nd shift: 18:00–06:00
  • Work 5–6 days per week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation:

  • Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
  • Cost: 600 PLN per month (deducted from salary).
  • Bed linen and dishes must be provided by the employee.

Transport:

  • Free transportation from the city of Głowno.

Additional information:

  • Full set of workwear provided (protective shoes, trousers, T-shirt, sweatshirt).
  • Temperature in the warehouse: +20°C to +22°C.
  • Canteen and snack vending machines available on site.

Start of work:

  • Within 2–4 days after arrival.
