Job Description
Position: Production worker (W/M/NB)
Work Location: Chojnice
Accommodation location: Chojnice

Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 29.00 gross per hour
- 100% attendance bonus: +PLN 2.42 gross per hour
- Seniority bonus: after 3 months of employment, +PLN 2.10 gross per hour
- Productivity bonus: additional pay depending on the results and quality of work of the entire production line.
- Piece-rate bonus: additional pay based on the employee’s individual, measurable performance on the production line.
- Functional bonus: additional pay for performing additional production tasks or duties, such as operating a scanner.
Payouts: Regularly, on the 10th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Rolling herring fillets around a piece of cucumber and securing them with a toothpick or small skewer.
- Packing products into jars — rolled herring fillets are placed on scales, and the specified quantity is then placed into each jar.
- Preparing raw materials: selecting and processing fish, and preparing additional ingredients (vegetables, marinades, and sauces) according to recipes.
- Portioning and packaging: neatly arranging products in jars, trays, and buckets.
- Operating the production line: closing packages and checking labels and expiration dates.
- Quality control: keeping the workstation clean and following food safety regulations.
Work schedule:
- 3 shifts of 8 hours each.
- First shift: 06:00–14:00.
- Second shift: 15:00–23:00.
- Third shift: 22:00–06:00.
- Overtime opportunities — up to 2 additional hours per day.
- Work 5 days a week; Saturdays are optional.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost: PLN 750 per month, deducted from salary.
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Within a 15-minute walk from the workplace.
Additional information:
- Indoor temperature: approximately +10°C to +19°C.
- Medical examinations are paid for by the company.
Start of work:
- Within 4-5 days after arrival.
