Job Description

Position: Construction Helper (W/M/NB)

Work Location: Mierzyn (8 km from Szczecin)

Residence: Szczecin

Employment: Contract of mandate  

Remuneration:  

  • Guaranteed rate: PLN 35,00 gross/hour.  
  • After 1–2 months of work, there is an opportunity to increase the rate to 37.00 PLN gross/hour, subject to good performance and a responsible attitude toward work.

Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Cutting and installing plywood for formwork.
  • Tying reinforcing bars (rebar).
  • Assisting with formwork installation and concrete pouring.
  • Moving construction materials and tools.
  • Performing general construction support tasks.
  • Keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Work schedule:  

  • One-shift system.
  • 180–200 working hours per month.
  • Work 5 days per week, with occasional working Saturdays.

Accommodation:  

  • Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
  • Accommodation cost: 600 PLN per month (deducted from salary).
  • Employees must bring their own bedding and dishes.

Transport:  

  • Transportation to work by car.
  • A company vehicle is provided by the employer.

Additional information:  

  • Work clothes and safety footwear are provided by the employer.
  • Work is carried out at private single-family houses.

Start of work:  

  • Within 3-5 days after arrival.
