Position: Production Worker
Workplace: Białystok

Salary:

• Guaranteed rate: 30.50 PLN gross per hour

Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month

Responsibilities:

I. Duties of a PACKER

• Packing according to the list of ingredients, weight, sequence, and aesthetic requirements.
• Placing ingredients in the appropriate compartments of trays – according to the standard.
• Weight and visual control of portions.
• Visual inspection of ingredients and products in terms of quality.
• Taking care of the aesthetic appearance of the meal tray.
• Reporting shortages, damages, errors, or quality issues.
• Avoiding losses, waste, and spillage.
• Cleaning the workplace, disinfecting, and sorting tools.

II. Duties of a LOGISTICS WORKER

• Delivering ingredients from the cold storage to the packing lines.
• Refilling liquid and dry ingredients during the shift.
• Delivering appropriate containers, foil, and inserts.
• Distributing components to workstations.
• Monitoring stock and preventing downtime.

Cleaning Worker / Hygiene Maintenance Worker

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system with the possibility of a flexible schedule.
• Ability to use basic cleaning tools and equipment.
• Preferably experience in the food industry or in maintaining cleanliness in production facilities.
• Polish language at a basic understanding level.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning production machines and equipment according to current hygiene procedures.
• Washing and disinfecting production and storage areas.
• Working individually or in teams of 3–5 people.
• Preparing workstations and production lines for the next production cycle.
• Ensuring the proper use of cleaning and disinfecting agents.

Work schedule:

• 8-hour work shifts in a 3-shift system:
• 1st shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• 2nd shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• 3rd shift: 22:00 – 06:00
• Work 5–6 days per week.
• 4/1 system, after the night shift — two days off.

Transport: The company provides a monthly public transport ticket.

Accommodation:

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Cost: 750 PLN per month, deducted from salary.

Additional information:

• Hall temperature: from 0°C to +6°C.
• Work clothing provided by the company:
  Packer: sweatshirt and fleece jacket, footwear – only if needed + daily change of clothing (apron, cap, gloves).
  Logistics worker: fleece jacket, footwear (apron, cap, gloves).
• Medical examination covered by the company.
• No lockers in the changing room – belongings can be left on hangers, valuables with the shift manager.

Start of work: within 2-3 days after arrival
